06FAQ

Before the scan.

Does the add-on need to be on the platform's ERP first?

No. Rever connects read-only to NetSuite, Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, Stripe and the banks, so an add-on can be scanned on its own QuickBooks before consolidation. Rever never writes to the company's systems, and only approved work leaves Rever. When the entities come together, Enterprise adds multi-entity, multi-ERP consolidation through the Console.

Who approves the engagement, the sponsor or the CFO?

Each portfolio company CFO approves their own engagement, and an authorised approver at the company signs each claim and financial action. The sponsor recommends the two companies and reads the two findings reports. The person who owns the ledger stays the person who said yes, which is what the next buyer's QoE provider will look for.

What does the sponsor see across the two companies?

Two findings reports in the same shape, compared by category, each keeping value identified apart from value recovered, with its own honesty ratio: value recovered divided by value found. Enterprise adds multi-entity, multi-ERP consolidation through the Console, self-host or private cloud, and SSO and SCIM. Each company keeps its own profile, SOPs and approvals.

What does a QoE provider get at exit?

Numbers that drill down to the finding, the Inbox decision, the workpaper, the record and the verified outcome. Evidence assembles traceable evidence packs, and Auditor tests each agent's procedures and states what it could not test. SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and a security pack with the data-processing terms are available on request.

Is there a version for the portfolio CFO?

Yes. Explore Rever, the CFO pack, walks a CFO through the platform from the systems to the month after the scan. Send it to the two CFOs before the first call.
